Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Create Solana Token platform ("Service") at createsolanatoken.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and fully accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Create Solana Token provides a web-based interface that allows users to create SPL (Solana Program Library) tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our Service:

• Allows you to configure and deploy a new SPL token to the Solana Mainnet
• Facilitates metadata creation and on-chain registration via Metaplex
• Charges a small service fee (0.05 SOL) per token creation in addition to standard Solana network fees
• Is non-custodial — we never hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys

3. Service Fees

Using our platform requires payment of a 0.05 SOL service fee per token creation, in addition to Solana network transaction fees (typically ~0.01–0.02 SOL). These fees are:

• Non-refundable once the transaction is submitted to the blockchain
• Separate from Solana network fees which go to validators, not to us
• Subject to change — we will display the current fee clearly before any transaction

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Be solely responsible for the tokens you create and their use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not create tokens intended to deceive, defraud, or harm other users
• Not create tokens that impersonate established projects, brands, or individuals
• Not use the Service to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Maintain the security of your own wallet and private keys
• Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Create Solana Token to:

• Create tokens designed to deceive investors (rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes)
• Impersonate official tokens of established projects (e.g. fake USDC, fake SOL)
• Violate intellectual property rights of any third party
• Create tokens related to illegal activities, terrorism, or exploitation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our platform or the Solana network
• Circumvent any restrictions or security measures of our Service

7. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Blockchain Risk: Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Mistakes cannot be undone.
• Market Risk: Tokens created on our platform have no guaranteed value and may lose all value.
• Technical Risk: Smart contract bugs, network outages, or wallet vulnerabilities may result in loss of funds.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for compliance in your region.
• Metadata Risk: On-chain metadata is permanent. Incorrect information cannot be easily changed after creation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Create Solana Token platform, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of the tokens you create. However, by uploading a logo or metadata, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Metadata will be permanently accessible (third-party hosting may change)
• Tokens created will be listed on any exchange or achieve any market value
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Solana Token and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the service fees you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Solana Token and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your creation or distribution of tokens that harm third parties.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law and applicable blockchain industry standards, given the global and decentralized nature of our Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Create Solana Token regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
